The Talent Behind the Talent was built around a single observation: sport has never been better at evaluating talent, and has barely started evaluating the person behind it. Our evaluators have worked hands-on across professional football, multiple college sports, and elite high school recruiting — not as outside consultants running a generic test, but as people who have sat in the meetings where these decisions actually get made.
